Group meetings
The purpose of a group meeting table is to make all the group members understand and be clear on what we have already done and what day we done it. It makes it an easy process when it comes to filming as everyone will know what they need to do when they need to be done by and how to do it as they would of discussed it as a group before and wrote it down. It was very essential and me and my group used one to help us organise ourselves more and make the process of filming run smoothly and quickly. Making a group meeting table had strengths such as, making the group come together to have group discussions on what has been done and what will need to be done and also meant that as a group everyone would be more organised knowing what to do and when to do it to make sure it runs smoothly and avoid arguments and misunderstandings. The things i would change about the group meetings would be to give people opportunities to improve things to be the best that they can be by giving everyone more time and extending due dates. This would mean that they have more time so they can do it well and not make any easy errors they will notice later on which would lead to them having to do certain things all over again and slowing down the overall process of finishing the opening thriller sequence.

I learnt that carrying out group meetings leads to every group member being more organised and prepared to do certain things and tasks needed to be completed. All my group members worked well together and came together to discuss the ideas we all liked when preparing for the filming of our opening thriller sequence which made it easier for all of us in the end. We worked very well as a group and all agreed on things to do and the tasks set to each other and we could all ask another group member for help if needed without any problem. However, next time we could of tried to be even more organised, prepared and ready by trying to due the tasks and complete them on the due date instead of having to cancel and do it on another day. I would prefer that next time we do longer periods of filming sessions instead of small little chunks and that we would definitely decide on shots and not change them as both these would give us more time to edit instead of wasting on filming over and over again.
